RED BOOK FAQ

Q. MY BOOK HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A. Books have been mailed out via USPS and can take 3 days-3 weeks arrive. If you are concerned that the address Harvard has on file might not be correct, please doublecheck what you have listed in the alumni community at community.harvard.edu. If the address is incorrect, please first update your address online and then send an email CRO_40thReport@harvard.edu with your mailing address. The Class Report Office will mail you a book. Copies of the 40th Report will be available at reunion headquarters for pickup.

Q. MY BOOK ARRIVED.  I FOUND AN ERROR IN MY ENTRY.

A. Class members should send corrections to the Class Report Office by email at CRO_40thReport@harvard.edu.

Q. CAN I GET COPIES OF OTHER RED BOOKS? CAN OTHER CLASSES GET OURS?

A. The Class Report Office gives the two classes ahead of and two classes behind the Class of 1983 the opportunity to preorder a copy of the Class Report before it is printed. After the book has been published it is mailed to the Class and those alumni who preordered copies. Currently there is no print-on-demand (POD) option to print previous softcover books. We continue to experience supply chain challenges in the paper industry and our local POD provider has paused the program indefinitely.
